Following breakfast, we will start to explore the "Venice of the North".  Stops will include Pushkin, Catherine's Palace, and the EXPO to pick up your race bib.  Tonight we will gather for our pre-race pasta dinner. (Breakfast and dinner included)

Sunday, June 27 - Race Day! We will meet in the Hotel lobby for a short walk to Palace Square for the start of the race (approx. 1 KM).  After the race, enjoy the festivities and at your leisure return to the hotel.  Tonight we will gather for a celebratory canal cruise with appetizers and drinks to toast your accomplishment.  (Breakfast and Canal Cruise included.  Note: An early breakfast time for runners has been requested - still to be confirmed)

Monday, June 28 - Following a leisure breakfast we will make our way to the Peter and Paul Fortress, the historically rich and beautiful landmark that is the birthplace of the city.  It was founded by Peter the Great and served as the citadel of the city.  It is comprised of multiple historical infrastructures.  Lunch will be on your own before our afternoon tour begins with the Church of the Saviour of the Spilled Blood and St. Isaac's Cathedral.
