Cliff Jennings has been working for Marathon Tours since 1994 and has lead many trips for Marathon Tours over the past years. Having started running marathons in 1987, Cliff has run over 120 marathons, and finished 3 Iron distance triathlons. He has also completed 7 ultras marathons, including his first 100 miller in 2015, plus the Himalayan Run & Trek 100 mile Stage Race.
Cliff currently lives in Cincinnati, with his wife Susan who along with his has two children are also marathon runners. With all his experience as a runner, Cliff works at a local Cincinnati running store, is also a marathon coach training runners to run the Flying Pig marathon, among other races.
Cliff can say he has run on all 7 continents. Cliff was also the first person to complete the original 5 majors, having done all five the first year the 5 majors was organized. He has run his favorite marathon, the Boston Marathon, 16 times. Among some exotic locations, Cliff has run marathons on Easter Island, the Great Wall of China, Greenland and the Indian Himalayans.
Among his other pursuits, Cliff enjoys competitive swimming, cross country skiing, and playing on a rec league ice hockey team.
