It’s challenging to describe accurately the beauty of Iguassu Falls. You will be able to see it from both the Brazil angle and the Argentine side. This is an adventure not to miss!
Monday, June 4 - Transfer to the Rio airport to board your flight to Iguassu Falls. This morning you will tour the Brazilian side of the falls. Starting from the hotel, a moderate walk takes you high above the river to a series of galleries with great views. Inside Iguassu National Park you will ride through the Macuco Trail in an open jeep-towed wagon permitting a free view of the scenery. During the ride there is a stop for those who want to take a dip in one of the falls (optional). Next is the Macuco Safari, which by an inflatable bi-motor boat you will travel up-river, passing the canyon and a direct look at the rapids. Rocks, animals and a spectacular green landscape complete the scenery until it reaches the great horseshoe known as the Devil's Throat. To top the tour off, the pilot will give everyone a splash by navigating through the spray of one of the falls!
Tuesday, June 5 - This morning after breakfast you will be treated to a tour of the Argentine side of the Falls. First, we will cross the Tancredo Neves Bridge with its lovely view of the Iguassu Canyon heading towards Iguacu National Park. Here we will visit the upper walkways, which allow a different perspective and more intimate contact with the Falls. The highlight of the trip is a visit to the suspended platform at the very brink of the Devil's Throat! (breakfast included)
Wednesday, June 6 - After breakfast this morning the group will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Rio with connection home. (breakfast included
