Reservations and Payments: A completed tour application together with a deposit of $400 per person must be received before confirming your reservations. Final payment must be received before February 28th, 2018. Payments received after March 1st are subject to a $25 per person late fee until March 31st. Payments after March 31st are subject to a $50 per person late fee.
Not included in price: All items not specifically listed under tour features. CHINA VISA FEE IS NOT INCLUDED AND IS ADDITIONAL.
Cancellations/Changes: All cancels and changes must be made in writing by email. The initial deposit of $400 per person is NON-REFUNDABLE. No refund applies to cancellations made on or after February 28th, 2018. Airfare is usually non-refundable. At the airline discretion, you may be able to use part of the fare for future travel.
Insurance: Trip cancellation, baggage, health and accident insurance information is available upon request and is highly recommended to all participants for this trip.
Airfare: You are not required to book flights with us. We do not have discounted airfare options but we do offer booking as a service. An agency processing fee of $20 per ticket will be applied. Airfares are constantly changing and we can quote you the lowest rates and most convenient flights for this package. Air and land prices may change due to currency fluctuations, changes in tax, or changes in fuel surcharges.
Responsibility: These tours are operated by Marathon Tours, Inc. of Boston, MA who acts only as an agent for the passenger to the companies offering such services and assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity caused by any reason whatsoever by any party offering such services. The right is reserved to cancel the tour prior to departure with a full refund made as full settlement to the passenger. Marathon Tours, Inc. may make any changes or alterations in the itinerary as it deems necessary for the proper handling of the tour and may refuse any person as a member of the tour. The sole responsibility of any airline used is limited to that set out in the passenger contract evidenced by the ticket. The airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time that the passengers are not on board their aircraft.
