Date: April 15, 2012 Course: The almost loop course starts on the Champs Elysees and runs down past the Place de la Concorde. Several miles are run in the Bois be Bologne, then along the Seine, past the Eiffel Tower and the Left Bank with the finish on Avenue Foch. It is mostly flat and considered quite fast. Weather: Average temperatures range between 50F-65F. Ideal conditions for running. Entry: Online entry is not yet available. We will offer a guaranteed entry for about $225 USD once online entry has closed. Eligibility: All runners must be at least 18 years of age. The event is limited to 37,000 runners and closed in November for the 2011 event. This year it is expected to close earlier. Awards: Every runner finishing under 6:00 receives a medal. |
