Hotel Booking Form 

RATES: 

• All rates are listed per room per night based on single or double occupancy
• An additional charge of $20.00-$25.00 per person for the 3rd and 4th person will be added per room per night.
• Two night minimum is required at all properties.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS: 

• A completed booking form along with one night deposit including 16.4% tax must be received before confirming your reservations.
• If Marathon Tours is also securing your race entry, the total price per race entry is also due with your deposit.
• Phone reservation are not accepted. 
• Fax or emailed reservations are not accepted unless paying via credit card.
• In order to pay via credit card you need to complete a Marathon Tours authorization form.
• Indicate your hotel choice with a check mark under the "choice" column on the booking form.
• Payments should be made via check to Marathon Tours and must be in US funds only.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

Hotel with Race Entry

• If room is cancelled from the time of booking and before July 15th, entry will be void, a $100 entry cancellation and $50 room cancellation fees will apply. 
• If room is cancelled on or after July 15th and before August 6th, entry will be void, a $175 entry cancellation and a $50 cancellation fee for the room will apply.  
• If room is cancelled on or after August 6th and before September 4th, entry will be void and non-refundable, and a $100 hotel cancellation fee will apply.
• If room is cancelled on or after September 4th, entry will be void and non-refundable, and a one night hotel deposit cancellation fee will apply.
• Guaranteed race entry is $250.00 and is non-refundable. Limit 2 entries per room. 

Hotel Only 

• If room is cancelled from time of booking and before August 6th, a $50 cancellation fee applies.
• If room is cancelled on or after August 6th and before September 4th, a $100 cancellation fee applies.
• If room is cancelled after September 3rd, a one night deposit cancellation fee applies.
