Rates: All airfares are based on special advanced purchase fares in effect at the time of this printing and are subject to availability at the time of initial reservation. We will quote you the lowest airfares available at the time of reservation if they decrease. Air and Land Prices may change due to currency fluctuations or changes in the tax.
Reservations and Payments: A completed tour application together with a deposit of $200.00 per person must be received before confirming your reservations. Final payment must be received before June 10, 2013.
Cancellations: A $100 per person cancellation fee will be charged if received in writing at any time. Cancellations received in writing with 30 to 60 days prior to departure are subject to a $200 per person charge. Cancellations after July 21 are subject to a 100% cancellation charge. Airline tickets are nonrefundable once ticketed but may be used for future travel on that airline with one year of issuance.
Not included in price: All items not specifically listed under tour features. Entry fee is additional.
Insurance: Trip cancellation, baggage, health and accident insurance is available on request and is highly recommended to all participants.
Responsibility: These tours are operated by Marathon Tours, Inc. of Boston, MA who acts only as an agent for the passenger to the companies offering such services and assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity caused by any reason whatsoever by any party offering such services. The right is reserved to cancel the tour prior to departure with a full refund made as full settlement to the passenger. Marathon Tours, Inc. may make any changes or alterations in the itinerary as it deems necessary for the proper handling of the tour and may refuse any person as a member of the tour. This contract will be governed by the state of Massachusetts. The sole responsibility of any airline used is limited to that set out in the passenger contract evidenced by the ticket. The airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time that the passengers are not on board their aircraft.
